30-day returns from receipt date, with no return costs for eligible items.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Custom products (e.g., steering wheels, wheels) only returnable for quality issues.
How to Return
Contact us via service@teslafit.net or live chat for approval first. We cover return costs for non-defective items.
Note: Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) incur 15% restocking fee + customer covers return shipping.
Unapproved returns will be rejected.
Exchanges & Refunds
We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for faster exchange. Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
